Ezgi Tok's practice is grounded in natural phenomena, personal habits, relational networks, and scaling, referred to as 'invisible dynamics.' She focuses on forms of perception, in-betweenness, categorisation, labeling, and the nebulous existence of things, all of which materialised in works through installations, video, sound and prints.

Some of the exhibitions and programmes she has participated in; The Arbeitsgemeinschaft Zürcher Bildhauer (AZB), Zürich (2023); SaDe:Artist Support Fund, İKSV, Istanbul (2023); The Antaios of Despair, Monitör, Izmir (2022); This Bridge Can Get Us There, SAVVY Contemporary, Berlin (2021); This Place, Yapı Kredi Kültür Sanat, Istanbul (2021); Tempo Incognito, Depo, Istanbul (2021); Arter Research Program, Arter, Istanbul (2019); One Must Continue, Zilberman Gallery, Istanbul (2019); Pandora's Box, Galata Greek School, Istanbul (2019).
