The Cité Internationale des Arts Türkiye Workshop offers artists from Türkiye the opportunity to live and work in Paris for three-month periods. In its new term, the programme will be open to artists working across a range of disciplines, including visual arts, experimental film, design, performance and music, as well as writers. Each year, two visual artists, one musician and one writer are selected for residencies taking place between January and March, April and June, July and September, and October and December.
Submissions for the 2027 programme must be made via the online form by 17.00 (Türkiye time) on 2 October 2026.
Eligibility
- Be a citizen of the Republic of Türkiye.
- Be under the age of 40 at the time of application.
- Have a good command of either English or French.
- Work in one or more of the following fields: visual arts, experimental film, design, performance, music or literature.
- For literature: have published a book of fiction, short stories, poetry or essays within the past five years and propose a specific writing project to be developed during the three-month stay in Paris.

Artists may apply with either a new or an ongoing project.
Collective or group submissions will not be accepted.
