İKSV Alt Kat: Learning and Interaction Space, founded by İKSV with the support of the İstanbul Development Agency, has left a year full of events and programmes aimed at increasing access to and participation in art and culture events behind.
Since opening its door on 5 March 2019, İKSV Alt Kat has organised programmes in which more than 2800 children, teenagers, parents, culture-arts professionals and artists have participated. İKSV Alt Kat has organised over 270 events and workshops as part of its projects and has collaborated with over 150 institutions.
Hundreds of children and teenagers have participated in workshops at İKSV Alt Kat: Learning and Interaction Space, located in the Nejat Eczacıbaşı Building which accommodates İKSV offices, under the scope of collaborations conducted with schools, non-governmental organisations and municipal agencies. Events with booking requirements were organised both at festival and biennial venues and at İKSV Alt Kat: Learning and Interaction Space at various times throughout the year.
