IKSV offers work opportunities for various term positions such as full-time, part-time and temporary jobs in artistic departments responsible for organising festivals, biennials and activities, as well as in support departments such as the sponsorship programme, marketing, media, production and publications departments. Before each festival, various temporary positions become available according to the need. These positions include office tasks such as correspondence, research and coordination, and tasks that are carried out in event venues such as guiding guests/artists, works concerning production, field sales and exhibition.
